Customer Service Manager
The Customer Service role is challenging, fast-paced, and rewarding. Everyday you come to work you get to interact with users all over the world via phone, chat and email. Not just that you get to develop strong relationships and become their trusted advisor and partner. What you will do:
- Connecting with customers and build appropriate rapport and have thorough understanding of needs, expectations and requirements in order to achieve customer goals and service level agreements;
- Providing effective and proactive communication to customers regarding status of services, time estimations and cost;
- Managing customer service team and provide supervision to ensure incoming calls and messages are being processed in best professional manner;
- Liaise with Claims and other teams to ensure all internal processes are functional;
- Responsible for the hiring and training of new agents and building our Chilindo Vietnam CS team;
- Monitoring customer service agents phone calls to ensure they meet the given quality expectations, provide feedback to staff and help in supervising and improving the team's skills;
- Assisting in coming up with and implementing new strategies and tactics to increase and improve customer service flow and customer service experience
What you should have:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in communication or business studies;
- 5+ years of experience within Customer Service or Call Center field in a manager or assistant manager role;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good command in English and fluent in Vietnamese;
- Outstanding problem solving skills;
- Ability to improvise and come up with solutions to resolve issues under time pressure;
- Excellent leadership qualities, able to coach, communicate and inspire
