Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking)
Chilindo is one of the Southest Asia's fastest growing eCommerce companies and we are looking for energetic and motivated, English and Mandarin speaking individuals to join our Customer Service team. Daily job tasks consists of communicating with our customers in Malaysia via phone and through Facebook, Line and Email to ensure a high quality customer service experience.
Deal directly with our customers by telephone calls and electronically through Facebook, Line and Email.
Suggest solutions to any issues or problems claimed by customers and resolve them instantly.
Fulfill customer requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions and forwarding requests.
At least 1-2 years of experience in call centre environment.
Diploma/Degree in any field from a recognized University/College.
Good computer skills; typing and use of Microsoft Office applications.
Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Must be able to work on rotational shifts, weekend and public holidays.
