Malaysian Customer Service Associate
The Customer Service role is challenging, fast-paced, and rewarding. Everyday you come to work you get to interact with users all over the world via phone, chat and email. Not just that you get to develop strong relationships and become their trusted advisor and partner. There are times when you will be challenged so we’re looking for folks who loves challenges and won’t stop until a solution is found.

What you will do:
- Deal directly with our customers in Malaysia by telephone, electronically (Facebook, Line, Email);
- Suggest solutions to any issues or problems claimed by customers and resolve them instantly;
- Fulfil customer requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions and forwarding requests.
What you should have:
- Malaysian Nationals only;
- Good computer skills; typing and use of Microsoft office applications will be an advantage;
- Good command of English is a plus;
- Punctual and extrovert personality;
- Ability to work in a structured manner and ability to get things done;
- Service mind and ability to work both efficiently and effectively under pressure;
- Positive mentality and ability to work well in a large team;
- Previous experience in call center role is a plus but not required;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
