DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and structured personal assistant, with a go getter attitude to join Chilindo, one of Southeast Asia's fastest growing eCommerce companies, at our KL office.
Based at our KL office you will be reporting directly to top management (based at our Regional office in Bangkok) and be the direct link between the management team and our Malaysian branch, being responsible for our Admin department, supporting and ensuring our overall operations are running smoothly.
You will be asked to handle administrative tasks, but also be required to both assist and take charge of any ad hoc task or projects as required.

- Assisting in general administrative related matters i.e. daily routine office admin works, inventory and data management, reporting etc.;
- Liaison with suppliers, arranging appointment, ordering and payment;
- Handling office equipments, company assets, stationary etc.;
- Carrying out ad hoc duties as assigned by manager from time to time, supporting the business and it's various department as required.
- Supporting handling resume, interview and training arrangement, staff roster, payroll and related matters.
- Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position;
- Required Skill(s): Computer, Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint;
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting would be an asset;
- Speaks fluent English;
- Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus but not a requirement.
